Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal, financial, contractual, or professional advice. Users should independently verify all information before making business decisions and consult qualified professionals as appropriate.

2. Safe harbor โ€” Section 230 (CDA)

TrustyLeak operates as an interactive computer service as defined under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. ยง 230). Accordingly, TrustyLeak is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party content providers or users. We are not liable for any claims arising from third-party content displayed on this Platform.

The Trust Score, AI Sentiment Score, and Red Flag designations are purely algorithmic aggregations of third-party publicly available content. They do not represent the editorial opinion, judgment, or assertion of TrustyLeak or its operators, and shall not be construed as defamation, libel, or slander under applicable law.

3. No warranties โ€” "as is" basis

The Platform and all information contained herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. TrustyLeak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Trust Scores and AI-generated summaries reflect aggregated public sentiment at a given point in time and may not reflect the current practices, policies, or status of any company. Scores are subject to change as new information becomes available.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrustyLeak, its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or reputational harm.

5. Third-party links and references

The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, or services. TrustyLeak does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party resource. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.

6. Content accuracy and removal requests

While TrustyLeak is committed to algorithmic accuracy and objective reporting, we acknowledge that AI-generated aggregations may occasionally be incomplete or reflect outdated information. Music distributors or affected parties who believe that a specific AI-generated aggregation is factually inaccurate based on verifiable, documented evidence may submit a formal content review request to: legal@trustyleak.com

All removal requests must include:

  • (a) identification of the specific content in question;
  • (b) a clear explanation of the alleged inaccuracy;
  • (c) supporting documentation.

We evaluate all requests in good faith and aim to respond within 15 business days.

References to distributor names, trademarks, and services are made solely for purposes of identification, commentary, and public-interest reporting. Such references constitute nominative fair use and are not intended to imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by any third party.
