Terms of Service — TrustyLeak

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TrustyLeak ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") at trustyleak.com, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform description and purpose
TrustyLeak is a public-interest transparency platform designed to help independent artists and music creators evaluate the trustworthiness of digital music distribution companies. The Platform aggregates publicly available information, community-submitted reports, and AI-assisted analysis to generate informational trust indices.
TrustyLeak does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. All content on the Platform is for informational purposes only.
3. User content and submissions
Users may submit reviews, reports, and supporting materials ("User Content") regarding their experiences with digital music distributors. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- (a) the content is truthful and based on your genuine personal experience;
- (b) you have the right to submit such content;
- (c) the content does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant TrustyLeak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform, including generating aggregate trust scores and AI-assisted summaries. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.
You must not submit fabricated evidence, spoofed data, or content designed to manipulate trust scores. Submissions found to be fraudulent may be removed without notice, and repeat offenders may be permanently restricted from the Platform.
4. Automated data processing
TrustyLeak uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to process publicly available information from across the internet, including but not limited to public forums, review platforms, and social media. This automated analysis is used solely to produce aggregate, non-identifiable trust indices and sentiment summaries. All processing is performed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property and prohibited conduct
The Platform's proprietary Trust Score methodology, AI-generated summaries, and visual interfaces are the intellectual property of TrustyLeak. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of these elements without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to systematically extract, harvest, or replicate TrustyLeak's proprietary data, scores, or AI-generated summaries. Violations may result in legal action and permanent access termination.
6. Account security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. TrustyLeak shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
